"การทำสมาธิปฏิบัติธรรม" จะให้ได้ผลดี ต้องวางใจให้สบายๆ ผ่อนคลาย นิ่งๆ นุ่มๆ ละมุนละไมอย่างต่อเนื่อง แล้วใจจะเข้าไปหยุดนิ่งที่ศูนย์กลางกาย เมื่อหยุดแล้วจะเป็นตัวสำเร็จ ที่ทำให้พบแสงสว่าง พบดวงธรรมและเข้าถึงพระธรรมกายในที่สุด ซึ่งการเข้าถึงพระธรรมกายนั้น ไม่ว่าคนเชื้อชาติใด พูดภาษาอะไร นับถือศาสนาอะไร ถ้าทำอย่างถูกวิธีและต่อเนื่องสม่ำเสมอ ก็สามารถปฏิบัติจนเข้าถึงได้ทั้งสิ้น ดังตัวอย่างบุคคลต่อไปนี้ ที่มีผลการปฏิบัติธรรมอยู่ในขั้นดี มีแววว่าจะเข้าถึงธรรมได้ไม่นานเกินรอ
